These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Souvy mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Souvy helps users discover, save, collect, and contribute information about physical collectibles and experiences, including matchbooks and photo booths.

By accessing or using Souvy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Souvy.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Souvy only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Services, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

Certain Souvy features may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

You may not impersonate another person or create an account using information you do not have permission to use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a way that could harm Souvy, other users, or third parties.

3. Souvy Discovery Information

Some information may be provided by Souvy, while other information may be contributed or verified by members of the Souvy community.

For example:

You should confirm important details directly with the applicable business or location before traveling or making a purchase.

4. Community Submissions

Souvy may allow users to submit or verify information about businesses, locations, collectibles, photo booths, or other finds.

When you submit information, you agree that:

Souvy may designate newly submitted information as community-submitted, unverified, verified, or similar statuses.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos, text, and other original content that you submit to Souvy.

By submitting content to a public or community feature of Souvy, you grant Souvy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, modify, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Services.

For example, this license allows us to display a photo you voluntarily submit with a community find.

This license ends when the content is deleted from Souvy's active systems, except where:

Do not upload content that you do not have permission to use.

6. Collections, Saved Finds, and Badges
